Panel 1 Lester and Marla stand outside the front door of Lester's apartment. The door has a sign taped to it which says "GET OUT FREAK. -Landon Lordini." It's snowing outside. Lester is holding a set of lock picks. Marla: What the hell? Lester: Aw man. Landlord probably changed my locks again. Give me a sec to break in. Panel 2 Lester fiddles with the lock while Marla looks over his shoulder. Lester: He wants to jack up the price but this place is rent-controlled so he's been trying to kick me out for months. Marla: How can you stand to live here? SFX: CLICK Panel 3 Lester holds the door open for Marla as she steps inside. Lester: I have my ways of coping. Panel 4 Lester, inside his apartment, pours hot oil out of a pan into the kitchen sink. Lester: Pourin' hot oil, down the sink. Pourin' hot oil, down the sink. Landlord's pushed me to the brink. So I'm, pourin' hot oil, down the sink.

When you know you're not getting your security deposit back, it becomes more of a budget.

this would affect my ability to apply for disability! last year someone with my disease won a landmark case that qualified it as a disability under ADA! ive never applied for disability because of the 2k savings restrictions was unliveable and the marriage aspect discouraging. please call!

It really can’t be emphasized enough: reposts help a LOT. They are genuine, REAL support. This isn’t Twitter, where links out, images, and self-promo get buried. Word-of-mouth matters here, it makes a genuine difference.

On a similar note. I don't really want to know what you initially mistook my art for. Especially if it's something kind of gross or sexual. It's completely understandable if you were scrolling past and thought you saw something that wasn't there - I, personally, don't need to hear about it though.

So if the sound of that leaves your mouth tasting of tar, here's what you want to do: In the url bar, type in about:config It'll give you a big scary warning page that you might poke holes in your browser. Good. You want to do that. Click continue. One by one, you're going to need to put each of these into the search bar in the page, not up top: browser.ml.enable browser.ml.chat.enabled extensions.ml.enabled browser.ml.linkPreview.enabled browser.tabs.groups.smart.enabled browser.tabs.groups.smart.userEnabled Each of these are gonna have a lil toggle icon on the right hand side that looks like a funky double-ended arrow. Click that and the value next to it should change to false. It all auto saves as you go. Some of these might already be set to false by default and that's peachy. The next best thing you can do for yourself is to set your default search engine to udm14 or Qwant, but for now, we're just tidying the garden a lil bit.
