Der er meget snak om karaktersystemet i DK. Vi skrottede den gode gamle 13-skala for at få noget der kunne forstås internationalt, som om det var et stort problem.
I realiteten er der et hav af karaktersystemer derude. Her er et eksempel fra Rom.
Last, we consider a quota system like the European emissions trading system. We show that any binding quota neutralizes the effect of morality when consumers are aware of the quota system.
If they do not understand the tax system, the optimal tax is lower, and the more moral the consumer population, the lower it is.
If they do, then the optimal tax is the Pigovian, regardless of the distribution of moral values in the consumer population and their uncertainty about the environmental cost.
Next, we study optimal taxation of such goods and find that with moral consumers, it matters whether they understand the tax system.
We first establish the existence and uniqueness of a Nash equilibrium strategy profile for heterogeneous finite populations of such moral consumers.
This moral desire is reflected in each consumer's buying strategy, which accounts for the environmental cost she would incur if, with some probability, other consumers were to follow her strategy.
We develop a unit-demand model for environmentally costly goods and moral consumers who have a Kantian desire to "do the right thing".

7. Det er en virkelig dårlig ide, at Danmark skulle opstille forbrugsbaserede klimamål. Vi ønsker jo at verden skal koordinere om Parisaftalen og herunder den gode måde at regulere på.
6. Hvis DK vil gå forrest, bør vi gå den rigtige retning. Dvs understøtte Parisaftalen.
