I think it is partly because of Strava, which my Garmin app links straight to, I have a bunch of local running friends on there & everyone is really encouraging & supportive โ˜บ๏ธ

With having to restart & build up slowly as my hamstring strengthens - I had grand plans to run without my Garmin to start withโ€ฆ did not happen!
