With so much snow ❄️yesterday - I'm grateful that we don't own a car since there's *way* less areas to shovel for walkways compared to a path for a car. The other thing is that we have more areas to pile snow that is not as high so it's less strenuous on our bodies. #carfree

Random side note but I wish Canadian cities would share more best practices with each other. Vancouver/Victoria/Kitchener-Waterloo/Montreal is doing some great things for urban cycle commuting but when you mention it locally, it seems like it's always dismissed for x reasons. 🙄

I like this idea but my problem with the #TTC as a middle class Torontonian is that it's too slow and too unreliable. 50 min for the brand new LRT is not acceptable. Waiting for a streetcar for it to never come, despite all the apps saying it will is not acceptable. #Transitpriority needs to happen!
Biked to work today and it was a slog but worth it! Made it in for 9AM and saw a tonne of people waiting for the streetcar at dundas and river, which is never fun to do in the cold. #biketo Thank you #bikesharetoronto
