Overall my weight has been on a bit of a rise due to lack of self control and low days.
Since the last post of this I have put on: 7lb.

Put on 2lb this week. I'll be starting medication for my thyroid so hopefully I will see some form of improvement ๐
So after very positive news from the doctors regarding my health, It felt like a fresh motivator.
This week, I am down 4.5lb ๐
Not so bad this week with the gain.
I put on 1.5lb, not sure if that is due to shark week or not.
Feels like I'm not winning at life atm.
Put on 6lb.
Looks like I have pushed through another weight barrier.
Down 3lb this week and now at the top end of 23st.
