I like to think it came more of a place of ignorance/curiosity, like someone asking you why bake when you can buy a cake? He didn't argue or anything. I'm assuming the guy in the AI TED talk he watched said the usual "with AI you won't need to draw", hopefully I gave him a different perspective

I was drawing on my flight back from NFC and the guy sitting next to me asked "why don't you use AI?"

I responded without thinking "This is more fun and it's a good way to kill time while we are stuck here"
