Worth a listen. If yuh can get past actually having to hear Fagashes voice ๐คฎ
@ruralsuffolk
Migrated from the hell hole and found it much better for my mental health here. I live a quiet retired life in rural Suffolk, UK with Himself who is finally working part-time in the wind down to retirement, 12 yr old arthritic dog, 2 cats and 3 chickens.
Worth a listen. If yuh can get past actually having to hear Fagashes voice ๐คฎ
This is really interesting. I just wish I didn't have to actually hear Farage's voice. Subtitling what he says would be much preferable!
Me too. Should throw away the key. Can share a cell with Johnson, Hancock and Sunak.
This isnโt a hallucination, Michael Gove. Youโve never explained the millions you disbursed to buddies with your crony Covid Contracts.
Cashing in on the worst public health crisis in a century should disbar people from public life permanently.

Woo hoo. Sounds like this is exactly the right occasion ๐ Enjoy!
Morning. Hope you have a lovely time with your son. A well timed visit with it being Mothers Day tomorrow. Grey start here again. Not much planned as tired after late night out at the panto. So much fun and I won 2 raffle prizes. Made up for my failure at Bingo the night before ๐คฃ
Morning all. Another grey day here again. Very disappointed that our much recommended as highly effective rat traps failed to attract any of the ninja rats that live here ๐ญ Had a fun night out at the panto. Cheeks still hurt from laughing. Often the funniest bits are unscripted/inadvertent ๐คฃ
When we had our new LPG tank installed we went for an underground one in the front garden. The cats and dog were very interested in the excavation works. The chickens too for that matter!
Can't you download something onto your tablet/phone? I use the library apps but also buy from the Kindle store if it's a book I like the sounds of or by an author I like but it's not on the library app. Have a relaxing time whatever you end up doing.
Hope it goes well. Sounds lovely and would like to go but having been out two nights running (unheard of for me!) and OH has already been to Cambridge once this week I think we'll have a quiet night in.
Well he won't be surprised as I treated myself to a new diamond engagement ring for our 25th but took two friends with me to choose it! He's just happy not to have to go shopping ๐คฃ
Sounds good. Enjoy it. Yes road closures are a nightmare thanks to major gas and sewerage pipe replacements. They're making it impossible to get in and out of Harleston so many people aren't even bothering. Road between my two nearest villages is closed till August!!
Oh is it the Ink Festival soon? Haven't been to Halesworth for a while so not seen any posters. Road we use to get there is closed - yet again. I'll take a look at what's on. Have a lovely day with Flora. Setters can be a bit mad but are so loveable.
Congratulations to you both. Have a lovely time celebrating. Scary when we reach these milestones isn't it. It's our anniversary this time next week and next year it'll be our Ruby one. We no longer bother with celebrations but I'm contemplating buying a nice Ruby ring. He doesn't know it yet!

Yaxley-Lennon (a.k.a. Tommy Robinson) completely made up a fictitious story about an attack at a school in #Glasgow, plucked out of thin air, and now the school is getting threats from all the gullible people who believe his bullshit.
#Reformโs Matt Goodwin has been officially reported to the Electoral Commission for Campaign Spending Fraud in the Gorton and Denton ByElection.

Brexit forced Gib into negotiations where Spain and the EU now hold the leverage over its border and economy.

It amazes me that despite a massive battering in #GortonAndDenton, & the piss-poor polling of the #Labour party throughout the #UK, #Starmer does absolutely FUCK ALL about it.
He learns nothing from his mistakes, & he arrogantly continues his unpopular #RightWing polices.
Crazy & deluded. ๐
I missed out too as I was at the panto. Annual one with adults and youngsters with learning difficulties with some of the local am dram society and dance schools. Always great fun and completely sold out. Cheeks still hurt from laughing. Catching up on what I've missed and will watch later.
Remember the days when the BBC wouldn't use the full name "Massive Attack" as the USA were engaged in an unwiinnable war in the Middle East?
Thank goodness those days are behind us, eh?

That sounds fun. I was in halls in my first year on the sadly now gone Scraptoft campus of Leicester Poly (as it was). Used to go through Humberstone on my daily bus journey in and out of the city to lectures at the main campus. Used to take forever. Years 2/3 shared a house off Narborough Rd.

We're investigating a firm called MP Estate Planning, which sells trusts to save elderly people from the "modern threats" of divorce, bankruptcy, care home fees and inheritance tax.
We believe the trusts don't work.
If you've come across the firm, please get in touch.
Repost if you think Republican "Christians" exalting a serial liar, adulterer and convicted felon named over a million times in the Epstein files make the most powerful argument for atheism in American history.
The US is a rogue state that murders innocent men women and children. It is about time world leaders stood up and said it loud and clear.
Have a good time in Leicester. I spent 3 happy years there as a student 1979-80. Whenever I've been back I find it much changed but happy to see The Very Bazaar is still in Silver Street.
Belated Happy Birthday. Cake looked good.
