Thank you so much! I was in the toilet like 50x a day it was dreadful. But after the ordeal I became more conscientious of eating Better and I think it actually did favors for my lifestyle currently 😭

anyway I’m ok! Im actually really happy that food poisoning gave me the wake-up call to be even more careful about what I’m putting into my body. I only drink water now and stopped all the soda and eat more protein and less carbs (I was not big on meat before 😥)

I’ve also wondered why I didn’t look particularly toned since I go to Pilates 4-5x a week….but after shedding just those few pounds, the abs on my stomach are showing 🤧 so my verdict is Pilates works for toning your body but it’s hidden under the weight you need to shed first 😩

I had food poisoning 2 weeks ago and it was HELL but it was also the last push I needed to make drastic changes to my diet and now I’m down 3 kg and a whole size (I used to wear M and now I’m fully an S) 😭
