Our results highlight how combining complementary data modalities can reveal cell-state plasticity that may remain hidden when analyzing each modality separately

Cancer cells can adapt to stress and therapy by switching between phenotypic states, but these transitions are often transient and difficult to capture. In this study, we develop a framework that integrates multimodal molecular data to uncover and characterize these dynamic transitions.

Really happy that our work on ribosome frame shifting and RNA decay has been published now in Molecular cell. Great work leaded by Yujie Zhang where we uncovered a totally unexpected mechanism that has been overlooked for many years (from bacteria to human). Here the link doi.org/10.1016/j.mo...
