Government has the power to improve nursing pay, but right now the UK govt has suggested only funding a 2.8% pay increase for NHS staff in England next year.

We say the PRB process is outdated. It's time for direct negotiations on pay.

I don't think this is the only academy who has taken behaviouralism to the extreme. It appears to be a common theme.
