Neuer Markt am Südstern is one of my fav farmers market in #Berlin (not that we have too many, leider): nice Kiez atmosphere, decent produce, good options to eat on the spot & okay-ish prices for regional veggies& I don’t need to sell half of my kidney for 1 kilo of carrots, like in the Kollwitz one
Because it has many regulars. I know, I’m also 🤯 by this. I know 2 big fans of this place 🙄 who are celebrating their bday with 10 other ppl this weekend in this (overrated imho) pub, for the 6th year in a row. Luckily, I have other (better) plans 😂
We’ve arrived at 7pm-ish and therefore we were able to get “good seats”.

Belle & Sebastian last night in Metropol #Berlin was a charming concert (way better than I’ve expected it to be). Listening to all the songs from their “If you’re feeling sinister” record, being played live in a rather intimate setup , brought back lots of memories

Health care improvements in access should be indeed a top prio in DE. As well as level of knowledge of healthcare workers (e.g. less on the tea &running in circles with appts). Mental health care, too. 116117 existence isn’t an improvement imho. I haven’t seen any health topic as prio in 11 yrs here

David Byrne’s concert last night in #Berlin has been a much needed dose of optimism. Or as he said it: “Love and kindness are punk. They are nowadays a form of resistance”. His show has been next level in comparison to the one he did 10 yrs ago in #Berlin in the same venue (that one was great, too)
