I think if the tank is a GNB its normal; iirc it's because the buff the dnc gets is related to the speed of abilities of whoever they dance partner. Grain of salt i'm not 100% sure. So either they prefer to buff their own dmg more than the group's or as someone else said, they're married to the tank
