If you seriously don’t like this, I can’t stop you from preventing your kid (remember choices have consequences including cutting you off at adulthood). But you have no right, even under your gods law, to force a child to stay the way they are, especially when you don’t know every condition.
Bodily autonomy includes having the rights to choose what you do with your body (see abortion rights). And as for kids “staying up all night” etc that’s something that involves the parents, as they are more knowledgeable for each kids situation(much like a dr with health procedures)
Yes. People I knew got boob jobs for a graduation (high school) gift. If the doctor and kid have full disclosure (which is required for any medical procedure) then it’s their choice. Especially if it keeps them mentally well

Malpractice for that was based on the allegation of lack of proper differential diagnosis and debrief of outcomes. Like I said: fox had free will with results of outcomes of it. The doctors did not follow appropriate procedures and were sued and you’re..mad? Odd
