When is @katmabu.bsky.social going to explain what happened in this letter?

She has never addressed it.

l have 20k followers across multiple platforms for 0 dollars to compare the difference between $0 spend and a $60,000 spend.

Which means her social media isn’t organically good, it’s just made by a team of professionals.

All of our social media would stand out for that kind of money.

If she wasn’t born into phenomenal wealth- she might get a midsize following.

To anyone supporting or endorsing a candidate because “They have a big following their social media is just SO good”. The $60,000 spent on video production in 2 months probably helps. :)

And we (the community) don’t “hate” Kat, we just know, a self-serving privileged potential narcissist gaslighting us while cosplaying working poor bohemian, when we see one.

That’s a false- Bushra doesn’t spend anytime thinking about Kat. Shes busy running a real campaign and getting work done.

Commenting to the press that Kat supporters are clearly hounding her and lying about her is just that.

Her record is her record. I endorsed and support Bushra.

But I’m not into dragging down other candidates on falsehoods.

Your candidate can run again in a different state in 2028, a PO Box based in Evanston is extremely easy to move. I’m sure there is a district anywhere else that “needs” her.

Like why isn’t she in Central Illinois or Ohio?

And she is also erasing the work of long time BIPOC community activists in that space too., while collecting money for legal fees and diverting it from those OG organizers.

It’s a 14 person race and we have seen polls be grossly incorrect for a decade now.

It’s anyone’s race.

Literally, my own daughter looks up to @bushraamiwala.bsky.social and as a mom, that’s who I want in Congress.

My daughter has seen her do the unpaid thankless work. I want to show her that community and real relationship building pays off with a win by Bushra.

Vote for @bushraamiwala.bsky.social for a wide variety of reasons but she has been doing community work here since she was a teen, and is THE role model for all little girls here in our community.

You know she doesn’t even live in the district right? Just moved to IL? Is literally copying and then erasing the work of the BIPOC community centered candidates like @bushraamiwala.bsky.social and @mikesimmonsil.bsky.social

I know famous people support fellow famous people but no thanks.

The last contested primary the district has seen was 2020.

I do think Palestinians are people and I’ve been saying ICE shouldn’t exist since they were invented since 2002.

She did 0 community building in a community she knows nothing about.

She is the last person that should be elected in a pool of 14.
