I finished testing the Carthen shawl for @foxandfolk.bsky.social out of my handspun Corriedale from @shepherdessofbs.bsky.social (the MC is “the Big Lady” that I processed from raw and the CC was dark brown roving). It is one of my favorite things I’ve ever made.

Winter morning walks have been tremendously helpful for overwhelm lately. I'm looking forward to Spring, but long walks with my dogs, in woolly hand knits, are a balm for the soul.

My Cozy Season Mitts are done! The test is underway. I love how they turned out, and may play yarn chicken with the rest of the skein to see if I can knit up a hat to go with them.
