As much as I relish the idea that that shitstain got his ass handed to him, I think it’s more likely it was a staged event in order to give the orange grotesque a justification to enact martial law. My only sadness is that, if real, the assailants didn’t finish the job.

I was a map designer on GW2, and I did a little bit of work on anniversary patches for GW1. I designed three of the eight dungeons, and all of the competitive PvP arena maps (along with countless other parts in the PvE world maps) as well as some of the WvW content.
Glad you enjoyed GW2. It was definitely a labor of love on that project.
