its so cool brad stansfleid has turned EMRS into a podcast outlet lol
my posts -
Have very clear memories of being given these pedometers in grade 3 and running around the house to hit 10k (nowadays i average like 20k a day so not really sure why it was a struggle when i was younger ahah)
actually looking at the aspect re pardons i guess you cant really, on a plain reading of it anyway, issue a pardon for a arrest warrant by an international tribunal?
I am a third year law student who got a 78 in International Law so what i say is very accurate by the way
Hypothetically congress and president newsom could accept ad hoc ICC jurisdiction and if an arrest warrant was issued have him arrest i think? The crime he'd be arrested for would be beyond federal jurisdiction so unless explicit or implicit it probably wouldnt be covered by a pardon?
(i saw someone asking about this exact case the other day, and just copying the result into their notes)
Like im sorry, but if youve made it this far in your law degree to be doing Admin, you should be able to look at this and go 'that makes no sense'
in a completely incorrect manner!
Like for instance i asked it to explain why Ainsworth (a decently well known case) was re judicial review in Australia, and while it did get the facts and the legal question correct, it entirely garbled the reasoning portion, its grabbing at strings from the reasoning and applying them...
Whenever im in the law library every 3rd or 4th person has ChatGPT open and is often asking it to summaries case law or points of law and i genuinely cannot fathom why - it is *very* stupid: it mixes up jurisdictions, and cannot even properly summarise well known cases
I think AI sucks and dont use it but my Japanese History professor has a policy where all students have to submit an AI declaration explaining how they used AI, without banning it, and think thats a way more sensible policy imo
Pheobe Litchfield and Georgia Voll please for the love of god just give away your wickets PLEASE #AUSvIND
St Kilda is bad as a football team because your suburb is low rise, so there's fewer people in the area, so you have fewer plans so its less desirable. Densify and win 100 premierships, i am not a crackpot
unironically the same thing i think lol ๐ (particularly flying into Sydney)
Oh and also the national library
Basically if youre in Kurrajong or Canberra youre fine
I would also like to confirm that South Canberra is evil (i am defining this as not the lake, but instead parliament house, as to carve out Manuka Oval, and the Fyshwick Food Market with the discount greengrocer)
it appears i need a better strategy
hmm true seems evil
Nooooooooooo
(one of my very good friend's parents live there, wonder if i could YIMBYpill them ๐
)
also im remembering that i find motorsports dull
ahh i see i see!
My mum doesnt usually but in her missed call message she really sounds like my grandmother for some reason (and was not happy when i mentioned this to her ahah)
*storeys
@elyobo.bsky.social please fix your city thx
I think im too urbanist brain because when they were doing the drone shots over the water towards albert park all i could think was 'the fact that middle park's buildings have so few stories is shocking'
i knew Wales was kinda not doing great but -96 pd?????
From what i can tell Hastie probably saw a clip of a rocket being launched back in 2019, which was observed from a window by passengers
I think its cool that the Andrew Hastie viewed this clip (would be funny if he was a reel addict), decided it was a clip from the war despite no media outlet reporting it AFIK, and believed it enough to bring it up on the radio
