Happy Robert Burns Day everyone! I’m not Scottish (I kind of am) but happy to enjoy a haggis with friends and family!

While I was sick for a good chunk of the holidays, I still managed to spend some time with family, eat lots of good food, and also work on an update for the game that I've been trying to get to for several months.

Super proud of this update - it was a big challenge to design and code so many new features in the Character Tool, but the improvements are huge and the play experience is so much better for it.

Man, for me it’s like ‘when I finish working on this, I will reward myself by allowing myself to work on that other thing a bit’. That other thing has a reward loop it points to which is also work.

After a year, this was the first time my community caught a bug & reported it before I identified it.

This is the best bug report of my entire life! Knowing the community is out there, playing the game, & willing to take the time to let me know about an issue is a huger motivator.

This change sets me up to do a lot coding work on the character generator over the summer. I hope I can get it done for the 1 year anniversary!

Spent the past few months playing a high-level campaign, testing some of the rules for advanced play with experienced players, high-powered characters, and lots of prep. Very happy with the balancing that's gone into this update.
