First Gamedev PerkUp of 2026 started off with a bang!! We chose and awarded our last GDC pass live on stage! Congrats again to our winner, to you folks for being amazing as always, and to GDC, for allowing us to partner and enable us to further support our community with Festival Passes. 🥳

That was a really great time yesterday! Got to meet some new folks. Really my only complaint is that I wish it was longer! So many folks, not enough time.

Had a blast popping by today with infant in tow. Love what these folks have done with the event and am excited to see where they take it!

🚨 Announcement! 🚨 Gamedev PerkUp November Event has been RESCHEDULED to Nov. 22nd!
Heavy rain/thunderstorms are forecasted, so we're pushing it back for maximum comfort for attendees and staff. We will be posting an official announcement with a new Eventbrite link very soon. ✨ (1/2)

Screaming thank you @gamedevperkup.bsky.social for rescheduling because I was about to trek my ass in the rain to Santa Monica on LA public transit and cry about it. I was gonna do it but I wasn't gonna be happy till I got there.

Though our event officially ends at 2pm, the GoodPeople Coffee venue is open until 4pm, so you're welcome to stay past the event's end & keep the good vibes going.
