I don't know if small ones like this are as prevalent in other countries or not. And I'm not 100% sure where you are, but there's a website, fancons.com that has a listing under schedule for some other countries! Many anime and comic cons, but some of the smaller fandom cons do get listed.

This is a great little sci-fi, fantasy, horror con in the fall in Georgia.

Yes, I am biased. I am Co-director for the WRITE track.
