Dinner was pretty good last night, tried to recreate a dish from Carrabas. Lemon Butter Shrimp & Scallops except I turned it into a pasta sauce with Chardonnay:
Breading :
Italian breadcrumbs + sea salt + ground thyme + minced garlic + minced onion.
