Being an author is both magical and strange because your book means THE WORLD to someone you've never met. Like you could have changed someone's life, written the book they love more than anything. You'll never know. It's a shy sort of magic and I love it. Books go so far.

Apparently I'm doing this -- my open letter to that open latter about AI in writing and publishing. I emerged from Hibernation Week to write it, so god only knows how much sense it makes. But at least a human wrote it, so that's nice.

The broom is perfect for riding, but you're liable to lose those crocs in mid-flight. You might want to consider sandals with a back-strap. They also help with braking when you're landing but coming in a bit too fast.
