Congrats to Jan Greve (Vienna) for successfully defending his PhD, supervised by Sylvia Frรผhwirth-Schnatter & Bettina Grรผn. I served as a reviewer. His thesis features 3 excellent papers on BNP priors for data partitions, with an application to statistical disclosure control on text (LLM) data.
The Prize Committee of ISBA is pleased to announce the 2025 DeGroot Prize, Mitchell Prize, and Savage Award.
