I deal w/ adhd/depression oral hygiene challenges by using spinbrush. If I can't make myself do 2 min, I can make myself do close to 1 min. Like the tool concept of "dialectical abstinence" (DBT), I'm never going 100% without brushing. But then, I know how painful gum grafts are, that motivates too.
Everything looks better with an owl on it.

Is also extremely privacy focused and their foundation lobbies for consumer privacy and puts public pressure on corporations with terrible privacy violation policies. DDG doesn't have the kind of money Microsoft & Google have to index sites, so there're fewer results, but at least they're not spammy
