I am starting to eat more healthy meals as of today! I had a delicious breakfast smoothie with ginger, banana, oatmeal, carrot and honey and now I made a California Roll Bowl. We need to stay healthy! No more wine either! I’ve been eating myself to death with all this stress. Be well my friends!
