I’m quite aware of the reasons we have a backlog and very aware of the distress it causes. Get a grip.

Some of you greens are so militant, no critical thinking skills.

There are a few labour MPs who would fit in very nicely with the Greens or Your Party, don’t think the majority of labour would mind very much.

I believe sadly the figures are a lot worse than 7. But all those innocents dying is criminal. Trumps a monster

Then you must have misunderstood either mistakenly or on purpose.

Trump is not only responsible for unnecessary wars including the deaths of innocents in places he believes are good for his personal finances. He’s responsible for making everyone in the world who’s dependent on energy poorer. As always the despots are unaffected and accumulate more wealth.

When Brexit was slammed for being an act of pure prejudice, all the Brexiters howled about ‘sovereignty’ and ‘taking back control’.
Now, the very same people howl that we should just obey Trump and put our country in the firing line.
They lied about everything. All of it. Every single part.

It’s now almost 2 months since Nigel Farage was scheduled to appear on #bbclaurak as part of her Leaders Interview but pulled out due to being “under the weather”

He’s currently in America supporting a foreign president over his own country

Twenty-three years later, we're back
on the streets opposing another Labour

this time against Iran.

We have suffered our worst national humiliation since the Suez debacle, if
not the fall of Singapore. This time, though, we lack the excuse of having
been pressured by alies or attacked by foes. The decision to cower and
plead neutrality even as Iranian proxies were lobbing ordnance at us was
entirely our own.
Sir Keir Starmer's pusillanimity has left us looking weak, needy and
duplicitous. And all for what? Anxiety about anti-lsrael voters in
constituencies like Gorton and Denton? Fear of crossing our human-rights
obsessed Attorney General, Lord Hermer?
Paywall down.

In a desperate attempt to make Trump and Netanyahu's war all about the UK government, you simultaneously have the Your Party tendency sowing a narrative that we're already fighting on America's side... and the Ladybird Libertarians calling it the greatest humiliation since the Fall of Singapore.

This is nothing like Iraq where the UK are concerned because thank God the government seem to have learned the lessons of Tony Blairs mad involvement.

Even if Tony Blair has not.

If it wasn’t clear already, the reaction of the Brexiteer right to Trump‘s war on Iran shows that Brexit for them was not about sovereignty it was about making the UK a vassal state of the US.

When I first started out as a journalist I thought it paid to have a background in US history when covering America. Then I thought it would probably be better to be a constitutional lawyer with expertise in jurisprudence. Now I think it would be useful to be a psychiatrist.

It really is something to see politicians, commentators and media outlets whose whole identity is based on being so-called ‘patriots’ frothing with excitement as they line up to back a deranged megalomaniac who consistently attempts to belittle and bully the country they claim to love

Middle East conflict needs seriousness, not political games' 'While opposition parties seek to undermine Britain on the world stage, my Labour government is focused on protecting people at home', the PM writes for The Sunday Mirror

Keir Starmer: "I know many people across our country are worried about the impact of the Middle East conflict on the cost of living.

My Labour government is on your side, focused on protecting your families and acting in the national interest."

Morning all.
If we needed any proof that Trump is insane, we certainly now have it. And once again Starmer says the right thing at the right time.
All you nutjobs who say you want Farage in charge of our country, just stop & think. For all our sakes.

So Nigel Farage who the right wing media tout as the next British PM, is meeting Donald Trump today at his holiday club to undermine and work against the present elected British Prime Minister?

Donald Trump is the POTUS of a hostile nation. Trump wants to hurt this country.

This is who Farage is.

My conclusion is, better the devil you know. To be fair everyone has the right to vote we have almost zero voter fraud and in most free societies the majority rules. I believe we have a bigger problem with reporting/MSM I want fact not fiction, more transparency and basic politics education for all.

Also consider Weakened local accountability. Potential for extremism. Government instability/gridlock. Protracted coalition negotiations. Disproportional influence of small parties. Increased complexities for voters to understand. Reduced voter choice over personnel. Doesn’t fill me with confidence
