My sex life is tragically bad. I give and give and MAYBE a handful of people have actually done things I wanted or attempt to match the energy. I'm at the point where I'm ready to give up on sex. I want people to stop leading me on because I really can't take people ignoring my wants.
Having needs and wants has only made me miserable and having empty promise after promise unfulfilled, I just automatically doubt everything people claim they'll do. I have less than no expectations somehow. My expectation is that none of my wants will be fulfilled because frankly they haven't.

Prescription issue? probably check with the pharmacy 100000% of the time first. If you run out of refills (and your pharmacy doesn't do this) then call your provider's office. If you ran out but have refills...call the fucking pharmacy, not us...my 10 year old self even understood this
