According to the RCMP, a teacher, five high school students, two of the shooter's family members (mother and step-brother) and the suspect all died in yesterday's shooting. Two high schoolers are still in critical condition.
Media and "internet sleuths" all over the world misidentified and inaccurately reported the name of the Tumbler Ridge shooting suspect. That must have added insulted to injury in a small community of less than 2500 people already suffering an unimaginable loss.
