I think this apprehension is from the nature of embedded reporting / potential of media subpoenas where prosecutors would find added evidence more compelling for charges. If folks are in the same RR group and had been communicating they could feel loosely connected so I get wanting to limit that.

False, almost all the popular videos of the event are recordings. Live streams get people arrested, one should be judicious in what they post. I understand the concern but think a safety box workaround needs to be employed instead of flawed live streams.
