Also I find the argument of "they intentionally build schools near military buildings" funny because they shouldn't be getting bombed in the first place.

Bill H.4229

For anyone who lives in Massachusetts:

malegislature.gov/Bills/194/H4...

A bill has been introduced in your state to increase internet censorship and surveillance. Email your local MA representative (and the bill's sponsor bill.macgregor@mahouse.gov) telling them to say NO to this bill.

I do stand by what I say. And given your immediate hostility, I’d argue you’re the troll

Sir, you do understand that this isn't facebook? We don't have to have our real names here. In fact, that's probably worse for internet privacy if you use your name instead of being (more) anonymous

Mind you I'm not saying that I'm better either. I know that I've fallen for propaganda at some points (China's social credit system is a great example since it's pretty much on-par with the US's, but was overblown massively.) It's just about taking a step back and thinking I suppose

11.01.2026 19:08 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

Technically, everything is propaganda. Your own beliefs, regardless of what you may think about them, were inspired in some way by something else.

More to his base. The thing with democrats is that while they're technically better, most tend to punch left and appeal to a voterbase that wouldn't vote for them anyway. You cannot appeal to fascists and being moderate and avoiding real change or action is a problem.

(1) think people often forget that Kamala's campaign was primarily ran on the fact that she wasn't trump. She was better about a lot of things, don't get me wrong, but her campaigning didn't convince people. Trump built himself up as a "populist leader" (ironically, lmao.) So therefore he related

This is kind of one of those "yes, but" situations.

Yes it's great that China is actually reducing their CO2 emissions, but it takes more than one country (even though it's one of the biggest,) to stop climate change.

Accept this as a win and prepare to move forward with further climate action.

Again, this doesn’t explain why they have censorship. This just says that the US hates China, just like China does with the US.

Why still claim that they aren’t aggressive? You have posted NOTHING showing why China is this peaceful nation. You said that they are committed to diplomacy and yet they arm themselves for a war with Taiwan rather than being diplomatic. Same goes for the Philippines. They’re imperialist

You’ve ignored every source put forward and haven’t cited your own. It’s hard to take YOU seriously when you’ve written everything I’ve posted as β€œwestern propaganda.” Take a step out of your bubble and thinkβ€” If there is loads of evidence to the contrary (China being aggressive as well…

There are plenty of plans to destroy the US too? Doesn’t make them justified in their militarism.

And before you cite that Taiwan has a one china policy, that's the conservatives there. Most leftists and non-conservatives there think that Taiwan should be its own sovereign state separate from China

Same goes for Taiwan. If China TRULY aimed to secure its own borders, why are they so aggressive toward a sovereign country. Even if it is theirs, they should be more diplomatic rather than aggressive, no?

Territorial Disputes in the South China Sea | Global Conflict Tracker Explore how China’s claims over the South China Sea have antagonized competing countries and track the latest developments with CFR's Global Conflict Tracker.

That's not true at all. If it was to secure China, then why are they pushing outwards?

www.cfr.org/global-confl...

Even if the Philippines are a "US ally," that isn't securing China whatsoever.

It's not beneficial to suppress information. Conservatives do that on the internet to push an agenda. It's the same with China.

What if say, Mexico put up a firewall to prevent "eastern meddling," blocking all Chinese sources from the country. That's at minimum, what China is doing

Index RSF's World Press Freedom Index aims to compare the level of press freedom enjoyed by journalists and media in 180 countries and territories.

That's not a socialist society though. Censorship is a tool for fascists to crush any different form of thinking.

Reporters without borders (very helpful and active when documenting Israel's crimes) document China as a hell for censorship.

In China, the β€˜Great Firewall’ Is Changing a Generation In May, Wuhan Diary, the Chinese writer Fang Fang’s account of the early days of the coronavirus outbreak, was released in English by HarperCollins.

Additionally, internet censorship is also pretty right-wing, wouldn't you agree?

People should have the right to access media, regardless of what it contains. It's different than banning nazis on a social media platform, it's about control

Constitution of the People's Republic of China

I find it interesting how you don't think that China is able to be benevolent towards its own people when its own constitution says it is supposed to be. I do agree that the situation is decent barring things like internet restriction

China’s Conservative Turn on Gender Roles | ISPI Leggi l'articolo China’s Conservative Turn on Gender Roles sul sito dell'ISPI.

Religious conservatism is one thing (religion having been, like the USSR, mostly been removed from china,) but social conservatism is another thing

China still supports traditional gender roles, just like plenty of places in the US.

Of course. But you also have problems with labor rights and such. I'm not denying that china has good aspects to it, you're putting words in my mouth. I just think that like the US, China still needs to work on a lot to become truly socialist.
