Real. Especially when I’m too lazy to add a red belt mall.
@samprisho

Real. Especially when I’m too lazy to add a red belt mall.
I love my family, I just don’t want to be around them. Like, I would love to work on family projects, but being around them is exhausting ykwim?
I do care, it’s just that I don’t want to strain myself to show up with a mask just to make them happy with me.
I like how the flames wrap around the character, very cool 👍
Hope everyone's doing well! Haven't been able to do much vector work I'm happy with but I have some smaller doodles in progress.
Bruh this networking tutorial is never coming out 😭. I only got time for school and my work study, this sucks balls.
Two coffee beans. The first one says: He’s doing something illegal.
So people cant discuss serious topics on youtube but ads like this are ok? And we're gonna ignore that this is advertising or at least implying sexploitation of unwilling participants. #noai #sickof2025

I don’t think I’ve ever played a multiplayer game in pre alpha, what games used to be better in at pre-alpha?
We thought fireballs would add challenge.
Turns out, they just add barbecue.

And yet, we still can’t play as Zelda…

wait.
"I need to be good at art to make art therefore I require the image generator" you fool. you utter embarrassment. go make something out of paper clips coward
01: There is a woman facing you with a confident expression. She has blond hair, messy twin pigtails, a small angel wing coming off the right side of her head, and a devil horn coming off the left. She has a big angel wing coming off the left side of her back, and a devil wing coming off the right. Her right eye is teal and has an 'X' pattern on the pupil, whereas her right eye is indigo and has a circle pattern on the pupil. She wears a pink neckerchief, and a tight sleeveless top that's blue on the top half and dark purple on the bottom. She also has disconnected sleeves, so her shoulders are still visible. She says "HEY!! It's ME, you're OLD OC. Haven't drawn ME in a while, HAVE YA'?" 02: She puts up her hands in front of her, as if you say 'stop it'. She has big, robotic hands. She says "No no, IT'S OKAY! Let's be real, my design is pretty amateurish HAHA" 03: She turns a bit to the side, and adopts a more sympathetic expression, but keeps looking you in the eyes. She says "But I want you to know that I've been there all this time. I've watched you grow. And you've grown SO much." 04: Closeup of her face as her confident expression returns. She tilts her head and gives you a wink. "Proud of ya', kid."
No catchphrase. No punchline. Just furious.
I’d be fuming
This tutorial probably gonna be straight hot ass as it’s gonna be my first video, but I’ll do my best on it.
This is also a good time to tell ya’ll that I’m just a novice when it comes to net-code programming, but I didn’t see a tutorial on it for Godot, and I wanna be the first.
Here are the recourses I used to learn the concept of fps multiplayer movement networking
- multiplayernetworking.com
I’ll def make a tutorial on this, I’ll let ya’ll know when I upload it it my Vidlii (I’m on a YouTube detox plan)
A while ago, I finally figured out responsive, server authoritative, AND smooth, client-side predicted multiplayer first person shooter movement using UDPPacket peers. (Rolls off the tongue doesn’t it?)
This took so long (3-4 months) to grasp and implement on my own, I’m so proud of myself.
There’s many more, but I’m too lazy lmao.
- Assuming you just begun your journey in game dev, do not start with your dream project as a beginner, there’s a 99.99% chance you’ll feel like you failed yourself as a human being when you run into a problem.
- If you ever have many different nodes in a scene with their own unique scripts that need to “talk” to each other, consider using a signal bus autoload (which just means a global gd script that all nodes can access)
Oh right, the advice part
- Never be anxious about your level as a programmer/coder, especially as someone who mostly does art. Unless you’re making a game that requires complex algorithms, you shouldn’t be concerned with your code efficiency
There are many ways to solve a problem correctly.
This is very good for someone with no cs background!
Here’s some handy resources I use:
- Godot barn for tutorials: www.thegodotbarn.com
- Get some handy shaders: godotshaders.com
