Longest job I ever had too. Almost five years there. Lot of good people got laid off over the course of a year and like three rounds. The strikes and the streaming woahs really hurt us.

Thanks. It extra sucks because a good chunk of what I worked on subs for isn’t even streaming anymore. I worked mostly on Disney+ series and they pulled a lot of the shows I QC’d.
I got to work on subtitles for a lot of nerd stuff though. Marvel stuff, Star Trek, Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers.
