For the AvGeeks out there, I created an Apple Shortcut to get the latest METAR and TAF.

Is that the same as an Airbus A3?
I think that's going to depend.
If they install the seats with the "blinders" like on the NEOs now I think they'll remove all the seats and replace them with the true Premium Select seats when they get the D1 seats.
I haven't heard yet if these seats will be the Premium Select or First seats.
It should be. AeroLopa shows it should be at least... www.aerolopa.com/dl-3nf
Managed to book the new Delta 3NP aircraft. Now the question is⦠Which is the right seat?
Currently on a hold. Estimated wait time 2 hours.
Someone just hacked into my Alaska account and booked them self a ticket π‘
It is!
I was supposed to have the older style cabin which the seats are connected to each other where you feel your neighborβs movements except in 1A and 5L.
Welcome aboard my flight tonight with American Airlines. Featuring exactly ZERO windows.
The one very strange thing was that not even the FAA Command Center was in the loop.
Theyβre usually really good at getting information and looping in airlines but as confirmed that wasnβt the case.
Spent over an hour on the phone with Alaska last night trying to book an award ticket on American.
Had to get both of the top ticket specialists at American and Alaska to work on the ticket to get it ticketed correctly.

Needs more pickles
At least the breakfast on Alaska is yummy
My Alaska/Hawaiian Airlines saga continues.
Our airplane is on mechanical and Iβll probably now misconnect in Seattle to Honolulu after being delayed a day already π
Somewhat of a resolution:
I got out on the Alaska flights +1 day later. But now I miss out on the Hawaiian 787 and Iβm stuck on the 737 all the way.
Sigh.
Additionally there is probably the concern with reservation syncing in all the different systems and if one gets out of sync then probably breaks reservations.
My guess is that itβs probably the lowest time of the week and year for bookings. Most mainline operators are operating off 80s technology. And at some point you just got to bite the bullet.
And probably with their setup thereβs no way to migrate, 80s technology wasnβt built that way.
And just to twist the knife in my side, I just received this email...
I'm willing to leave 2 days later which would free up seats for them. But I guess their reservation systems in the backend don't allow them to change co-share flights.
Plus they weren't even offering a hotel if I took the flight 2 days later.
Story Time
I'm about to fly First with Alaska/Hawaiian from ATL-SEA then SEA-HNL. They equipment changed from a 787 to 330 for SEA-HNL.
Now looking for volunteers to take a later flight but only on the SEA-HNL leg, they apparently need to ask Alaska for permission to change my ATL-SEA flight... π€ͺ
I just booked a First Class flight on Alaska ATL-SAN-LAS-SAN-TPA for less than I could book First Class on Delta one-way from ATL-LAS.
I fell for the trap
Sadly I lost a lot of photos from the past. My oldest one is from when I flew to surprise my mom for her birthday.

Tax incentives? Insurance? A way to protect expenses? Padding the executive bonuses?
I'm not a big fan of it either. There's just something that seems "off" visually when you see it in person.
I'm booking a boat trip in Norway for this summer, and one of the "add-ons" I can pick is to have a murder onboard? π€
