I have repeated this cycle approximately 5 million times and I will never learn

I string together a few good weeks or months, I think it's over, the meds are finally working, I'm going to be better now, maybe not well or abled but better, and then I hit a flare-up and I am shocked, how could this happen, who could have predicted this of chronic illness

It's wild how chronic illness catches me by surprise every time. like, it's right there in the name but I never expect it

The other aspect we need to remember 42% voted for Pollievre - that is normal majority territory. This is a respite from far right, not a save.

The sooner Canadian progressives learn that strategic voting is a con the liberals use to make left wing people vote for a right wing party without needing to give any concessions the better. They literally do this every election

If you are #disabled, don't feel bad if you can't:
- Boycott Amazon
- Go to a protest in person

Do what you need to do for yourself first. Then, find another way to fight back.
- Help organize protests online
- Spread awareness
- Call representatives

There isn't only 1 right way to help.
