I'm trying to spend more time on Bluesky but my feed is 99 percent American politics despite trying my best to block and mute terms. Any ideas on how to Canadian-ify my timeline?

GAAAAAAH I'm doing research for my book so I called Winnipeg Child and Family Services.
The front desk trasferred me to emergency services not ONCE but TWICE because the office is only open until 4 pm after which it automatically redirectes to emergency.
