The dark center of an anemone in full bloom contrasted against soft cream petals with a hint of peach and lavender near the center of the petals.

17/365 Nash Yarn Fest. Lots of yarn. More hugs. And a really cool sculpture that lights up in rainbow colors at night.
A drink with knitting and a fake candle in a hotel lounge. With the Tennessee filter applied because I’m in Nashville so why not.
16/365 Knitting in Nashville. A long day of driving plus a full day of activity tomorrow calls for some lounge knitting and knitflix tonight.
15/365 Getting to the heart of the rose. With my iPhone.
Oh good because honestly, SAME.
Thank you!
An Easter cactus is beginning to bloom with vibrant magenta petals and bright white stamen. Other plants sit behind it out of focus.
14/365 “Ugh. I hope she posts more than flowers.” When spring hits I’m taking every opportunity I can. 🤷🏻♀️
A rose mid-bloom in shades of pink and coral with water drops lingering on some of the petals. They sit in a green Mason jar and smell divine.

A keyboard and pen lot only by a computer monitor in the too early hours of the morning.

Yes! She’s a shihtzu/bichon mix. I love when her hair gets longer! She gets all curly like a teddy bear. She’s such a sweetheart. I’m so sorry you lost your pup. It’s so hard. 🥺
Annie, a bichon and shih tzu mix dog, sleeps on a couch covered in soft fuzzy blankets. You can see a bit of her black nose above the folds of the blanket and she has long black eyelashes that contrast against her creamy color coat.
9/365 Annie snoozin’. Her eyelashes kill me. 😍

A 3D printed lamp with the tail of a usb cord running out of the frame.
7/365 Let there be light. Fresh off the printer and perfect! Another has already been started but this time in black.
Thank you!
A black and white photo of new growth on an indoor fern slowly unfurling towards the light.
6/365 Seeking the light. My plants reminding me to stick with the basics: Drink some water and get outside to soak in some sunshine.
They are some of my favorite! They smell so nice too!
Orchids in a pale pistachio green with vibrant magenta speckles.
5/365 Faking it. The Midwest is in for another round of winter before real spring arrives so I’m bringing some flowers inside and pretending it’s spring.
Labubu riding a springy balloon dog on the dash of my Mustang Mach E on a cloudy day.

A cup of coffee sitting on a wooden table on a crowded coffee shop with knitting waiting for more purls.
3/365 Enjoying the economic blackout at my favorite local coffee shop where I paid in cash. Sipping and knitting my way into the weekend.
A pen setting atop a journal waiting to be opened.
2/365 Gifts that I’ve received that are timely. Some thoughts are better out than in and not everything needs to go into the cloud.
