Update: Newsletter guidelines and item submission Following the suggestions outlined by the Communications Task and Finish Group at the 2025 conference in Groningen, the following changes to the newsletter have been implemented, effective from this week: - At the bottom of the newsletter, we now include a link to a webpage outlining the requirements for newsletter items, such as the announcement being from an EHPS entity (e.g., subcommittee, SIG) or relevant to the EHPS membership. - Newsletter items can be submitted by EHPS members through the form embedded in this website. Items submitted by Wednesday midnight will be included in the newsletter on Friday. Newsletter item submissions by email will no longer be accepted. - Any questions about eligibility of newsletter items or about this procedure should be addressed to the EHPS Secretary, Laura M. König This update concludes the implementation of the suggestions generated by the Communications Task and Finish Group. Other implemented suggestions were: A bridge from the EHPS Bluesky account to Mastodon Setting up an EHPS Linkedin page. The EHPS Bluesky account and Linkedin page are linked at the bottom of every newsletter. I would like to thank the members of the group, Melanie Bamert, Dr. Michèle Birtel, Dr. Maya Braun, Imogen Freethy, Kelly Lloyd, Professor Barbara Mullan and Dr. Emma Norris, for their work, as well as all EHPS members who took part in our survey that informed the suggestions.
