somebody told me once this looked like a point-and-click adventure game screenshot and i thought that was kinda neat
i discovered by accident that adding the VHS-lens-flare-style shimmer on these gave it sort of a pulpy retro comic book vibe so i did a few paintings incorporating it. i should do more, it was fun
i was really happy with how his hands turned out tho🤷

The lamp tilt in this scene turned Jerry from a goofy moron into something really menacing, the blood relation to ruthless Ben becoming apparent. Love it.

A dark blue, cloudy night sky, with the full moon appearing through a small gap in the middle of the frame. Its glow is radiating through the clouds.
We report: come March, the moon starts moving out of range of our window, and it becomes a bit more difficult to seek it out. Even then, it is impossible to miss the way the sky becomes brighter and brighter every night in its waxing. Tonight, we lean far over the windowsill.
