No, the ONLY safe food for hedgehogs is cat or dog food, NOTHING else.
Hedgehogs are insectivores, so they can't process any plant material: it's impossible for them to digest any fruit or vegetables.
Nuts are extremly harmful to hedgehogs, please ensure they don't have access.

A hedgehog out in the day is an emergency, not a photo opportunity.
Please get them to a rescue urgently.
