The goal is to demystify the profession and the research process, and to integrate students into the NLS conference. The conference and workshop are both supported by the NSF.
The workshop will include conversations on the transition from undergrad to predocs/grad school; discussions of βhow to conferenceβ; discussions of selected papers on the conference program; presentations by students of their work; introductions to researchers and frontier topics.
