I recall the time where movie soundtracks DOMINATED the album charts - Top Gun, Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing etc. long after their attendant movies had left the cinema.
So, with full knowledge that there (obviously) already exists a soundtrack to the movie that I’ve yet to see >>

What I love equally with Edgar’s visual panache - is his aural prowess. Whether it be the soundtracks to his output or his rather splendid annual playlist of favoured acts and ear-worms, the guy has exceptional taste. >>
Full disclosure: I’ve yet to see Edgar Wright’s reimagining of The Running Man, but I am VERY excited to next week when my crazy schedule allows.
