Like, I've said this somewhere else but most cases of bigotry within socialist systems come from a failure to reckon with past oppressive systems. They don't just pop up because of socialism.

Yeah, it's one of the points I raised. But the very premise of the argument is flawed, I'd say. There's a massive double standard where any flaw of socialist countries is intrinsic to socialism but the same is never true of capitalism.
