As a rural British project it's a non-starter. Looked at through a Welsh national lens though it looks quite different. A way to make Snowdonia accessible to 2 million people in South Wales or take people from Aberystwyth to the big events in Cardiff.

The EU is its member states and their interests. As such it can't 'rein in' itself. As time goes on I worry less about a far right member state trying to wreck the EU, and more about the potential for a far right government to commandeer it.

I've been following the Glasgow fire that started in a vape shop. The fire spread so quickly and engulfed an entire building if architectural importance.

To an extent I did, but it certainly means that simply bleeding the Russian economy of energy revenues will be a lot harder.
Serious question: are the attacks on Russian fuel infrastructure going to be worthwhile now that energy prices are shooting up? I guess they are if these facilities directly supply the Russian military.
I think offside should be interpreted on whether a player could reasonably have avoided it. Are players meant to stop playing and get out a tape measure to make sure they're not a few CMs off?
