So what's Superman's Kryptonite
Is this idea perchance radioactive
I bet it's the woman
the forced self-censorship gibberish we all have to do on social media now is having a devastating effect on the way people communicate with each other. nobody in a healthy society is saying "unalived"
His Dark Materials is also up there.
It's between Shogun and Interview With The Vampire for the single best pilot I've ever seen, and I think it's gotta be the latter. I felt like screaming when the credits started.
oh youโre a nihilist? name zero things that matter
Who the hell is giving jackets to all these potatoes
Started and finished both seasons of Interview With The Vampire this week โ easily one of the best shows I've ever seen, and an immediate all-time favorite.
I already want to rewatch it all.
Now I'm no weapons expert but I think that counts as deadly
woke vineyard call that shit the nonbinary winery
With all that mold exposure between them I bet him and JK Rowling are gonna combine into the rat king from The Last of Us
The endings of Life Is Strange, A Plague Tale: Requiem, and Arthur's story in Red Dead Redemption II.
In that order; nothing comes close to them for me.
The Plague Tale games have been on my mind so much lately.
I could never go through it all again, but I really miss them... there's something so special about them, and their effect has lasted so strongly with me ever since.
I know they were highly received but I wish more people experienced them.
Once again... no.
I hate it when a curiously gregarious pair of thugs, one large and one wiry, surprise me and beat the hell out of me in an attempt to ward me off of a mystery but who instead only confirm to me that I'm onto something.
an incredibly cool cat wearing sunglasses (it's me I'm the cat this is a profound visual metaphor)
Not even a slightly spontaneous person but I just woke up and within three minutes committed financial parkour and bought a whole new graphics card for my PC, entirely unplanned.
Rediscovered steroids and caffeine today for the sake of a family event and THOROUGHLY fucked myself up for the next week or so.
This'll be fun ๐ฅฒ
Doing a low amount of activity and ME/CFS cranking up the dial for โall symptomsโ
Been a really rough few weeks since I started some new meds and altering existing doses. No idea if any of it'll pay off; probably not, but it's worth trying.
Just looking forward to being halfway stable and capable of doing things again. It's times like this I feel more ghost than person. #MECFS
Pirates. Shanties. Mayan temples. Sharks. Digital recreation of the 18th Century Caribbean. And a powerful and emotional story, with an ending that made me cry like a baby.
Black Flag is by far my favorite Assassin's Creed game of all time.

Aya/Amunet with the Great Pyramid of Giza. The Pyramids were covered in white plasture during those thousands of years and would have stood out even more than they do today. Out of all the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World, it's the only one still standing/mostly intact.
Senu the Bonelli's Eagle flying over one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World, the Lighthouse of Alexandria.
Assassin's Creed: Origins admittedly has a special place in my heart. The Greco-Roman Ancient Egyptian setting was just incredible, and it's my favorite of the recent RPG Assassin's Creeds. Not a perfect game, but one that gave me amazing memories.

There's a newer model now but the Ultimate is what I have! The '2.4G for Windows' version -- just plug in its USB stick and it works like an Xbox controller, with two assignable extra buttons underneath (limited to existing buttons, not Windows keys sadly).
Had it a few years and it's been perfect.

...I don't have the self-awareness to know what these reveal about me.
I like overly theatrical yet sincere melodrama? And also some sad Tom Cruise yearning?
Calling this a "tribute edition" while reanimating a dead man's voice with AI generated material stolen from his actual work to erase someone else's is insane; there's so many layers to how fucked up this is, and it's all coming from the worst kind of fanboy entitlement.
It's pathetic.
