Jocked-3D on eBay prints them! This one is also scaled up 30%. You have to track down a strap/lace kit on your own but it's compatible.
Fair warning the 3D print was good but still had some rough spots so I used Plastruct weld to smooth it out, now it's pretty much perfect!
