Fascist presidents surround themselves w/corrupt people so they can control them. Trump’s Congress, Cabinet and SCOTUS are all under his thumb for this reason— he has harmful leverage. Other counties have leverage on him and are using it daily. It seems worldwide blackmail is deciding our policy.
