They’ve posted another comment opportunity that’s probably more relevant. It’s their intent to do a DEIS and seeking input for analysis of the alternatives. It’s following the new NEPA.

A “last-ditch effort to find a resolution” failed on Wednesday afternoon, a member of the clerks' bargaining unit told Mission Local.
