No idea what this tells me, other than it's been a long week today!
No idea what this tells me, other than it's been a long week today!
Good luck for all of your new adventures!
Nailed it, I reckon!
Yes, it's the losing half a stone (and the rest) by 8am tomorrow that is causing me slight consternation ๐คฉ Tomorrow I shall be wearing something elasticated around the waist........
I does really help that we are a small cluster, so we can get every member of staff together in curriculum groups and reach a consensus regarding progression (crucially though, we don't seek to all teach the same way - important that individual school contexts are recognised).
This is something that we have been looking at in our (small) cluster as we roll out CfW - what is the progression needed to move a child along e.g what are the stages between naming 2D shapes and being able to draw nets. Developing a shared understanding between primary and secondary schools.
Travelling from Hereford to Cambridge so youngest can visit the IWM. Sat nav said cross country way would be quicker than motorway so currently enjoying driving through Pershore, Evesham, Alcester and next up is Stratford upon Avon. Beautiful countryside x
Sensations Balsamic Vinegar and Caramelised Onion, dipped into salad cream (and sometimes made into a crisp butty.......๐คซ)
I absolutely hate, detest, loathe cheese, yet adore my mum's macaroni fritters.
Well done! We've still got tomatoes in our greenhouse house, but our broccoli and sweetcorn were total washouts. We had summer raspberries and strawberries, and hoping our onions will come good!
Hello! Please include me ๐
Have you read any of the Rivers of London series en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rivers_...
Maybe some inspiration there?
Why, thank you @egcarr.bsky.social ! As well as the choir, the gardens are also open www.herefordcathedral.org/event/open-g...
Coupled with that, this weekend is also Dorstonebury www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/dorstonbur...
I just assumed that meant they took school assemblies ๐๐
If you waited until the second weekend in September, you could visit for H-Art week
h-art.org.uk/home
Ahem! Hereford??????
Fab news. Much love to all x
Again, @mrmountstevens.bsky.social I stress, that I am agreeing with you.
Yes, I realise that we're on the same wavelength with this. My point was that there potentially could have been 2 yrs of missed opportunities which may suggest that QA processes are less effective than they should be - and is a bigger issue than a rogue teacher/dept so any 'prod' is in wrong place.
Surely if someone needs a prod at inset then the preceeding 2 yrs of LM, standards reviews & other QA processes haven't been effective enough to identify that there may be an issue with results.
If there truly have been surprising results then isn't a supportive review better than a public prod?
I can match 6 of yours - which is quite impressive as I've never interacted with any of them, and I think I am fairly innocuous.........unless people really don't like crochet?????,
I love doing my family tree research. If you ever want to bounce ideas to help break down the inevitable brick walls then just yell x
Just had to Google "rugae". Still unclear what would be considered "nice" - but TBH as I would fail on my hip to waist ratio and iron levels, I don't really think I am missing out on much!
Crocheting, podcast listening, considering going to Tesco's - essentially avoiding writing my SDP and my ILM assignment ๐
We travelled through France and Spain by train this summer holiday and it was epic!
My worst would be planes (and particularly airports!)
It's almost got to the point where I am considering doing the ironing........ SDP procrastination at its most desperate ๐
Thoughts and prayers x
(That was not a swear at you!!!)
