This Heart Month let’s make time and space for every feeling and emotion, we can discuss our situations experiencing fear, frustration, strength and hope; talking about the emotional side of heart disease helps people feel seen, supported, and a little less alone, keeping the conversation going can help people to cope.

Sending you love and light if today you are missing someone you didn't get to say goodbye to. I hope the heartache passes swiftly and you are comforted by your enduring love for them. 3 years ago today my mum passed away and we didn't get to say goodbye. That morning I woke up incredibly sad and in tears. I didn't know why. It had never happened before nor has it since. A few hours later when I was told of mum's passing I discovered that her time of death was at the same time I had woken up in that unexplainable sadness. I can't prove if that was why and I don't need to, but to me that moment was my mum saying goodbye in the only way she could. There's so much about life and death that we will never know with certainty but moments like that bring me comfort and hope that we will see each other again when time has had its 'time' with us, because even in that moment it couldn't keep us completely apart. If there's anything in your loss that offers you hope you don't have to prove it, just hold onto it, especially for days like today. Love Jeremy
