I got finally trounced by a house boss. A late game one that references one of my favourite characters in sci fi of all time. (figures, lol)

And now it’s just agonizing waiting the time for the rematch to spawn. 😭
It’s been several irl days for me since I’ve had to cut down my playtime a bit.

Thankfully there have been a lot of friends and events to take away from the pain of no news for BTSV. But it still aches. I want to see him so badly.

Also for the kaiju fight, despite the requirement being “Help win”, the achievement for the opposite character doesn’t seem to proc in a rematch. Is that intended?

Every song in the Mewgenics OST is a damn earworm and I’ve experienced all but 10 so far. I’m so upset. It shouldn’t be this good.

I’ve absolutely been having dreams inspired by my mental state after playing Reanimal. I wouldn’t call them Nightmares… I can’t even remember them too clearly. But it’s definitely a certain vibe.

I have so much more swimming through my mind and so many more photos I could post. But this is all I can muster right now as the asteroid approaches.

I am honestly at a loss as to what to say.
Thank you Dr. Marsh, Dr. Seeker, and all of the other scientists at the Dino Institute for so many wonderful years. I’m sorry we couldn’t be there today. Diggs County and CTX forever holds a place in my heart, not just as a Dinosaur lover, but so much more.

But this isn’t the point of my original post. Not claiming some sort of superiority. Just genuinely wondering how many people are out there enjoying it for the first time as its own thing and being sad they never get to experience it as-is again? Apologies if it came off a different way.
